About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Data Science to lead advanced Marketing Analytics, modeling, and resource allocation projects across our Commercial Analytics organization. This role is ideal for a technically strong analytics individual with deep expertise in media mix modeling (MMM), Python programming, and scalable analytics workflows. You will play a critical role in shaping marketing strategy, optimizing investments, and driving growth by leveraging advanced statistical modeling, experimentation, and data engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (PhD a plus).Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing measurement roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record building and scaling Media Mix Models (MMM) and integrating outputs into decision-making.Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, statsmodels, scikit-learn, PyMC or similar Bayesian packages).
- Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or similar).
- Strong statistical foundation: regression, time-series, Bayesian methods, causal inference.Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing channels (TV, digital, search, social, programmatic, retail media) and measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, MMM).Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set technical standards, and scale analytical practices in fast-paced environments.Soft Skills: Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex analysis into strategic insights.
