En NAMASTEC, estamos en búsqueda de un **City Manager** con habilidades comerciales, enfoque estratégico y pasión por la atención al cliente para impulsar nuestras operaciones en la zona norte del país. Si tienes visión de negocio y experiência en ventas, queremos conocerte

**Tus actividades**:
Impulsar las ventas_Sell In_
Prospectar nuevos clientes
Asesorar y dar soporte a vendedores
Establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes
Dar seguimiento y cerrar ventas con clientes clave.
Capacitar y desarrollar al equipo comercial del distribuidor.
Generar reportes de ventas, tendencias y áreas de mejora.

**Lo que buscamos en ti**:
Mínimo 2 años de experiência en ventas o roles similares.
️ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (oral y escrita).
Dominio en negociación, atención al cliente y resolución de problemas.
Enfoque en resultados y actitud proactiva.
Deseable experiência en tecnología o telefonía.
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del estado.

Sueldo base de $15,000 brutos + Bonos mensuales + Comisiones
