Profile: Electronic, robotic, computer, mechanical and industrial.

Skill: Talent management, people development, leadership, accountability, project management, statistical concepts, Microsoft, negotiation & teamwork.

Activities:

- Leading & manage thru strategic thinking for improvement projects on equipment maintenance performance
- Drive equipment KPIs (Quality, cost & performance) to the best performance
- Budget control for unit cost control or any management requirement
- Assure people training & certifications for maintenance group bases on skill matrix
- New suppliers' development participating in qualification plans
- Lead new equipment technology introduction focuses in provide the smooth learning curve
- ** Root cause analysis as a champion or team member for VOC & CC**:
