**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Provide administrative support to the Manager;
- Ensure the availability of materials;
- Purchase management of the materials to control the warehouse value;
- Follow up the requisitions and purchase orders;
- Ensure the inventory accuracy;
- Contribute in the Materials/Imports Budget;
- Improve the workflow process to replenish materials;
- Propose and supervise the improvement works related to the supply and control of materials inventory.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering);
- Fluent English;
- MS Office, BI, ERP experience essential, Oracle;
- Previous experience in a planning/procurement role within a manufacturing facility;
- Engineering Planning and Information Systems, Inventory management, Max-Min reorder point full comprehension.
