As part of our Future Talent Program - Technical Track, an 18-month journey designed to empower you to reach your potential while making an impact, you will be a valued team member with a development plan tailored specifically to your role.

This position will be based in Cuautitlan, Izcalli
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025.
Suggested majors: Engineering, Logistics, Administrative or related.

**What you will do**:
As an SSN (Service Supply Network) Associate, you will:

- Be learning about different process, assisting in audits to ensure we are complying high quality standards
- Learn World Class Manufacturing Methodology and determine innovative ways to use the tools to improve performance and reduce errors.
- Work on process improvements projects and training.
- Create and use reports in order to improve office processes and automate processes.
- Participate in a change management project responsible for successful implementation with key stakeholder buy-in.
- Solve complex problems with innovative solutions that benefit Tetra Pak and our customers.
- Participate in Data Analytics projects and loss deployment activities.
- Understand and participate in Supply Chain capacity and demand planning.
- Promote and support cross fertilization of ideas, knowledge, and improvements.
- Understanding of Lean enterprise development, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, Pareto charts and fishbone diagrams.

**We believe you have**:

- Recent graduate in Engineering, Logistics, Administrative or related.
- English and Spanish conversational skills are required
- Basic understanding of programming tools
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel)
- Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
