Injection Processes Senior Engineer

Your tasks

Responsable for the industrialization of injection process

Develop machine specifications ( design and realese machines, according to eergonomic and security Continental guidelines)

Perform Scientific Molding Method to establish base parameter set

Create the proper DOE to develop the DV&PV Parameters

Support to follow up the construction of the equipment at the supplier

Support to finalize the realese of the equipment at the supplier

Suppor t finalize the realse of the equipment and tools of the specific machine according to customer specs as well as according to the internal quality requirements

Support to run a pre-PSO

Support to run a PASO

Provide training to: Molding Engineers, Injection Maintenance Techinician

Support to Engineering Changes ( ECP´s)

Generate the initial PFMWA for the injection process including Lesson Learned

Generate and approve injection process parameters sheets

Support for development work instructions in injection process and parameters sheets

Continuos Improvemement

Line balancing in the injections process

Optimized line layput of the injections process

Improveme the current injection molding machines ans asldo if there are equipment that finishes the live time create ans financial analysis for new one

Take responsability to track, record and implemet the lesson learned related to injection process

**Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or Mechanical.
- Develop machine specifications (Design and release machines, according to ergonomic and security Continental guidelines) - Perform Scientific Molding Method to establish base parameter set
- Create the proper DOE to develop the DV&PV Parameters
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, development cycle, philosophy techniques
- PFMEA knowledge
- Problem solving skills & team work
- Core tools
- English skills Intermediate minimum
- Global Networking
- IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 desirable
- Financial Investment knowledge desirable
- Lean Manufacturing Tools
