We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Senior Legal Counsel to join our corporate legal team supporting our operations. This position will play a pivotal role in managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting transactional matters related to offshore energy projects.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters related to LNG operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including EPC, charterparty agreements, joint ventures, LNG offtake agreements, and supplier/vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, including maritime, energy, environmental, and sanctions regulations.
- Manage external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise management on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience in corporate or energy law, preferably in the oil & gas or LNG sector.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Excellent research and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and international commercial law.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
