**Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer**

**Location: Tijuana Office**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Design Leadership**: Direct and manage complex mechanical design projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-efficiency, and adherence to the highest quality standards.

**Conceptualization & Development**: Craft, conceptualize, and optimize mechanical designs for our product lineup, ensuring robust performance and durability.

**Simulation & Analysis**: Utilize advanced simulation tools to validate design robustness, predict potential failures, and implement preventive strategies.

**Collaboration & Integration**: Work synergistically with cross-functional teams, integrating mechanical designs with electrical and hydraulic systems to create comprehensive product solutions.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas of improvement in existing products and processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methods.

**Documentation**: Ensure meticulous documentation of design processes, validations, and final product specifications.

**Mentorship**: Play an instrumental role in upskilling junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-driven environment.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.

Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design and simulation tools.

A track record of successfully executed mechanical design projects with tangible outcomes.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage.
