As Global Field Services Planner / Scheduler focuses on all aspects of Construction Management for a small/medium Site. Ensures planning, organising, directing, co-ordination and control of the construction force for the execution of a predetermined area of the Project, to obtain job quality, effective cost control and job compliance within the work schedule

Your responsibilities
- Ensures that erection plans comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract with the Client
- Manages Planning and Scheduling activities and the inputs / outputs of the tools (PST, Service Tool, Pipeline tool, Itlex, Metrics tool along with all historical data files) for Global Field Service
- Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with managers / required stakeholders.
- Collect all Field reporting and placement in historical data files and monitors / suggests leads post mortem reviews as appropriate, and initiate observed non-conformance reporting.

What you bring
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
- Minimum 7-10 years in Construction Management, Field Services, or Project Supervision, with proven experience in the mining industry.
- Solid background leading multidisciplinary teams (field engineers, contractors, subcontractors) in mining or heavy industry projects.
- Project planning & scheduling, contract management, subcontractor evaluation, and reporting tools (SAP, Service Tools, scheduling software).
- Advanced English (oral and written) required; additional languages are a plus.
