Intern - HR Operations

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our team in México. This role will responsible for assisting the HR Operations Team in idifferent process including: new hire training, onboarding and general employee support.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with HR Operation process in general.
- Validate and review new hire documentation.
- Support to coordinate new employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide support to employees and new hires.

**About you**
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psicology or related field
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Languaje: English (Intermediate)
