**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in Santa Fe office, you will be a key part of our North American Center of Commercial Excellence responsible for supporting large independent distributors and OEM customers in the US.
- You'll be working with the North America Center of Commercial Excellence
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.
- You'll be an individual contributor.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Entering customer orders in Oracle accurately and within established standards
- Monitoring the touchless order dashboard daily and remove system holds to progress Customer orders to the Distribution Centers for fulfillment.
- Initiating & expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- BS/BA Degree required
- Strong attention to detail; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with other teams and senior-level executives.
- 0-1 years' experience in customer service preferably with a multi-national company
