We are looking for a** HR Generalist** to join our team in Guadalajara. Responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions, including payroll administration, compliance with labor regulations, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and ensures HR processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and business objectives.

**Location**:Guadalajara; Jalisco Mexico

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and l**abor regulations**.
- Internal workforce planning and** HR policy management,** including compliance with Mexican labor regulations **(NOM-037, NOM-035)**, vacation policies, bonuses, and benefits
- Experience with onboarding, HR operations, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job duties**:

- Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies, supporting audits and maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation and employee records management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including meal vouchers (food vouchers), and act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and collaborate with stakeholders on HR operations and reporting.
