**Position Description**

**Key Competencies Required to be Successful as a National Operations Manager**

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a top-notch relationship with representatives of our suppliers and customers.
- Strives to ensure the appropriate team, tools and processes are in place to support these desired cultural
- Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse location including logistics, receiving, deliveries, inventory control &
- Coaches, provides feedback and develops the team members. Motivates and manages to achieve annual goals/objectives set at the individual and organizational level.
- Reviewing existing operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements, and enacting
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with the company policies and
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the company and reduce costs of discrepancies, write offs, dead stock and others.
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock and review warehouse performance data to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement and overall effectiveness.

**Education/Certification/Licenses**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management role or related.

**Skills That Will Make You Successful**
- Ability to ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records.
- Expertise on effective utilization of warehouse areas and monitoring flow of goods.
- Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, reporting and
- Able to work with large amounts of data to identify trends and
- Proficient in Office software: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced

**Experience**: Required
- 5 year(s): Supply Chain Management
- 2 year(s): Delivery, logistics and Inventory Process Improvement Projects

**Education**: Required
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
