**Compliance System Manager**

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- English 90% or higher (read, written, and spoken)
- Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Risk Analysis.
- Mastering on ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and QC 080000 requirements and techniques to implement & support them successfully
- Lead the implementation and execution of Mexican NOMs and SEGOB legal compliance
- Engineer Bachelor's degree completed (Environmental, Chemistry, Industrial Engineer), master's degree in a related area is a plus (Environmental and Safety)

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years as Compliance Manager
- Safety and Health Legal Requirements compliance (NOMs and SEGOB)
- Implementing/Supporting ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, QC 080000, ESD, RBA programs, and specific customer requirements in related topics and Leading External and Internal Audits in such programs.

**Activities**:

- Implement/Support compliance programs including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, QC 080000, ESD, RBA, and ESG programs and specific customer requirements in related topics and Lead External and Internal Audits to sustain qualification in such programs.
- Manage and maintain related electronic and paper document systems and be the Management Representative of the above programs
- Coordinate Commissions on Emergency, Safety, and Hygiene brigades
- Safety and Health Legal Requirements Compliance
- Procedures and communication and representation with government agencies such as STPS, IMSS, etc.
- Mexican implementation and execution NOMs and SEGOB, STPS, and SCT compliance
- Monitoring execution of Compliance department policies in related topics
- Comply with Department KPI's goals on incidents, accidents, and findings on audits
- Plan and coordinate training in occupational health and safety, occupational hygiene, and prevention of occupational hazards in order to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work and meet legal requirements, related multiple compliance programs, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate team to monitor compliance with the use of PPE and tools to be used by workers and contractors.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations.
- Respond with remediation plans for Audits Non-Compliance, Observation raised reports from legal, customer, or compliance programs.
