As a leader of Facilities, Security and EHS for the site, you will be an active contributor to the successful operation of the GE VERNOVA Queretaro location, serving as the point of contact with the different site contractors.

**What you’ll do**
- Serve as point of contact for all business requests related to facilities, security and EHS management (customers/stakeholders).
- Ensure successful facilities management and leadership to prevent any operation disruption and establish meaningful relationships with customers to sustain business operations.
- Ensure successful security leadership to sustain business operations and protect the employees, assets, and proprietary information.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements, both regulatory and corporate.
- Manage projects: from prioritization and initiation, definition and compliance with project management methodologies, regular tracking, and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification, owns projects schedule and budget, ensures deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align current and future facilities, security and EHS strategy with business standards or requirements, detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement on the operation with KPIs aligned with the businesses and policies
- You are someone who brings expertise in electrical and mechanical diagnoses, construction, and repair, including designing layouts and schematics, as well as demonstrated management skills that guide teams to success and establish meaningful relationships with customers to sustain business operations.

Be a strong promoter of policy compliance and decision making based on risk-analysis.
- Facilities manager or related background, with solid understanding of building Security and EHS.
- Results-driven professional with a strong background in maintenance, facilities management, project management and implementation of security plan, focused on process improvement, troubleshooting, repair, and team leadership
- Demonstrated experience in project management, leading multi-disciplinary teams, connecting with stakeholders, problem analysis and resolution, strategic thinking and change management.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral (English and Spanish)
- Demonstrated transparency, adherence to Compliance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- This position is not eligible for telework. It will be located at the Queretaro site, located in Residencial El Refugio, QRO.
- Legal right to work in México. We will not sponsor individuals for legal permits or visas.
- If currently a GE employee, it is recommended that you have been in your current position for at least 18 months for a promotion opportunity and should have at least a satisfactory performance standing
- In case of being a GEIQ employee, you must currently occupy the same sublevel or one prior as the proposed sublevel for this position.
- We will not sponsor any kind of working visa. Must be legally available to work in Mexico.
