This position is part of our Connection Systems segment.

**Position Summary**
Manage and lead the company's quality systems to ensure compliance with quality policy and customer requirements, be the customer's representative in the plant.
**Your Role**
- Lead activities to meet customer and IATF16949 requirements.
- Coordinate the plant quality and reliability team.
- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as complaints and cost of poor quality.
- Conduct administrative review as scheduled.
- Attend global quality management meetings.
- Attend meetings with customers.
- Daily follow up on non-conforming product inventories.
- Perform analysis for response to quality issues and customer complaints.
- Problem resolution, Shainin System, Red X Method.
- Molding and/or Assembly industry experience.
- Quality spills/warranty problems in the field.
- Information management with customer.
**Your Background**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Fluent English
- +5 years of experience in a similar position or related
- Experience working in the automotive industry
