**Purpose Statement**:A site-level position, providing direct support to support the health of employees and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:

- Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.
- Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.
- Updating and developing the medical department procedures.
- Employees’ medical care.
- Supervision of medical staff.

**Education/Experience Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Intermediate decision making and problem solving.
- Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.
- Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.
- Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.
- General office equipment and materials.
