Your tasks

Plant Communications Analyst assists the Head of Plant Communication on COM issues and creates a trust based partnership with internal and external stakeholders executing innovative communications strategies.
This function is working to deliver consistent and aligned messages to all associates about the business strategy, objectives and major initiatives / changes through a variety of tools.

The function will support external communication in close alignment with Head of Plant Communications and Corporate communications.
- Design and manage internal communication strategies using different communication media.
- Assure that all the communication within the company comply with the internal protocols including culture, values and strategies of Continental Periferico Plant.
- Identify all the internal communication needs through the creation of content, execution of strategies, and development of communication campaigns in order to identify an issue and propose a possible solution through out different communication strategies.
- Plan, organize and execute all the STAFF Townhall meetings according to the established calendar.
- Coordinates the logistics, execution and coverage of the internal events.
- Systematize the internal communication media
- Leads different internal projects / initiatives
- Coordinate all activities related to Social Responsibility

**Profile**:

- University degree, preferably in communications, marketing, public relations or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Communications areas or similar preferably in the automotive environment, manufacturing.
- Fluent English
- Experience in social responsibility activities desirable
- Experience in working with international teams
- Understanding for different foreign cultures
