Resumen de Posición

Recibir y acomodar las herramientas y/o materiales que llegan al área de inspeccion de recibo, realizar las transacciones necesarias en el sistema de cómputo para el manejo y control de inventarios mostrados en el sistema, realizando las transacciones de descuento de inventarios.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

  • Realizar las transacciones en equipo de cómputo y sistema SAP ya sea en la compra de materiales para almacén o impresión de ordenes de producción.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento, limpieza y acomodo de los materiales del producto o familia del producto asignados.
  • Realizar ciclos de conteo diariamente basados en los reportes de ciclos de conteo que arroja el sistema de control de inventarios.
  • Recibir el material del área de recibo e inspeccion, controlarlo para verificar si coincide el reporte de movimiento del sistema de control de inventarios, con la cantidad de las cajas.
  • Asignar localizacion en los racks al material recibido para su debido almacenamiento.
  • Recibir órdenes de surtido para las áreas de produccion asignadas, verficando numeros de partes.
  • Llenar los reportes de forma clara y oportuna de las actividades realizadas que asi lo requieran.
  • Participar en los eventos y ayudar a mantener la cultura de 5’s en el área de trabajo.
  • Notificar al jefe inmediato de los problemas con la recepcion de materiales, ya sea por calidad, tiempo de entrega u otros.
  • Reportar estatus de material faltante y sobrante.

Requisitos del Puesto

**EDUCATION**:Secundaria preferentemente.

**experience**

  • 1 año de experiência como mínimo.
  • Reglas de Seguridad de almacén, conteos ciclicos, conocimientos básicos de SAP, Microsoft y Excel basico y manejo de montacargas.

**LANGUAGES**:Español, preferentemente.
