**Objective of the position**
- Support in Planning, realization and optimization of logístical processes for purchased parts within projects and series.
- Support Logistical and strategical planning of supplier portfolio.

**Principal activities**:
Support Inbound Planning team with the following activities:

- Participation in supplier evaluation and supplier selection.
- Evaluation of offers preparation and participation in pre sourcing.
- Calculation of logístical costs material supply related.
- Creation, definition and negotiation of logístical agreements with suppliers in cooperation with purchasing.
- Participation in supplier development through participation at supplier audits.
- Creation of action plants on goal agreements with suppliers.
- Participation in Car line projects by creation of supply chains taking in consideration valid tax or customs laws.
- Supports in managing of critical materials during project phase.
- Planning and realization of logístical processes for raw materials this includes; planning, realization and monitoring of cost optimized supply chains, classifications of raw materials, call off systems, stocks targets, MOQ, delivery frequencies, emergency concepts, SCA's, support for packaging concepts, hand over to plant.
- Creation and optimization of general logístical processes.
- Participation in creating an implementation of standards and tools for an efficient planning of raw material supply and material control.
- Creating an optimization of material supply processes in the production areas by creation of supply chains, business case calculation and coordination with the affected parts.
- Support of serious role material planning of the plants in critical situations and defining of countermeasures.
- Creation of training documentation for related logístical processes and training of personnel.

**Requirements: **

Professional career: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related.
- Interest in Automotive logistics, material flow planning, lean production, project management, data analytics, statistics or similar field.
- English Business Level.

**Technical knowledge: -**

ERP Systems
- PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerBI, PowerApps
- MS Office
