Learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations. Participate in the local Trainee program (18-24 months).
**This position reports to**:
R&D Principal Engineer
**Your responsibilities**:
- Learn about themselves and ABB’s global business.
- Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help them develop their technical and leadership skills.
- Aspire to achieve their career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities including webinars and immersions.
- Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.
- Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Knowledge in design, simulation, quality and manufacturing.
- Work with PLM tools like Windchill Enovia Smarteam or any idea about what PLM is or EDM is
- Knowledge in CREO CAD Tool.
- Advanced level of English.
