Flo Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide connectivity and managed services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.

We have an immediate need for an experienced **Tax Accountant.** This position will be based in **Ciudad** **Juarez, Mexico**.

**The Role**:
The **Tax Accountant** will be responsible for a variety of accounting, analysis and reporting tasks, with a heavy emphasis on tax accounting work as well as supporting operational tasks such as general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month/quarter-end closing.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, consolidate and present federal tax returns, including IVA calculations, retentions, annual and monthly reports, and payroll taxes.
- Assist in income tax research and planning.
- Prepare and/or review all tax account reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries to produce complete and accurate sets of financial statements.
- Calculate PTU and ISR.
- Manage depreciation of assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors.
- Present reports to Infonavit.
- Analyze monthly forecast variations vs annual plan and actuals.
- Responsible for transfer pricing.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2-4 years tax accounting experience.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting - GAAP.
- Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, and automated equipment.
- Strong knowledge of all MS Office products and G Suite.
- Ability to perform computations with reasonable speed and accuracy.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to accept additional responsibilities as needed.
- Strong customer-service orientation, verbal communication, and telephone skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Bilingual(English/Spanish).
