**_ Functions & Responsibilities_**
- Lead and participate in lean manufacturing activities striving for continuous improvement.
- Lead Kaizen and Problem-Solving teams and promote improvement activities.
- Modification and generation of assembly aides and process documentation (DPIs).
- Ability to translate technical documentation, e.g. instructions, from English to Spanish.
- Investigate, resolve, and provide decision making for production and quality issues.
- Actively participate and lead manufacturing activities relating to new products.
- 6S and safety activities in all production areas
- Develop BOM’s and assembly drawings to allow for a smooth introduction of new products from design to manufacturing.
- ECN (Engineering Change Notice) generation, review and implementation support.
- First Article (FA) review and implementation support.

**_Requirements_**
- Recent graduated engineer
- Advanced English
- Green Belt Certification
- Experience using MiniTab, CAD, Access / SQL and LabView.
