Role and Responsibilities- Partner with the Dockers Leadership team and actively contribute to the brand strategy by providing:
- Strong financial input and recommendations- Pro-active input to key retail, sales, merchandising & marketing decisions- Ongoing monitoring of brand key financial performance indicators- Embrace entrepreneurial mindset of new Dockers organization structure to drive results
- Key Activities_- Provide financial analysis and performance visibility across channels and concepts to equip the leadership team to optimize Revenue and EBIT- Lead financial P&L management and business control, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and working capital management for Dockers LATM- Lead the financial business planning process (SBP, AFP and monthly forecast cycles), providing thought leadership to the Dockers Leadership team- Coordination point for all LATM FP&A activities

Qualifications and Education Requirements- Strong background and experience in FP&A (10+ years)- Proficient in English and Spanish- Proactive approach and autonomous problem solving

Preferred Skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team- Proven ability to build solid relationships and to influence others- Role will be based in Mexico City
