Test Automation Architect

ZCC is currently hiring a:

- Key Roles & Responsibilities_
- Develop automated reporting dashboards and drive across multiple programs
- Integrate automation framework with mobile devices
- Conduct automation assessments, tool evaluation and selection
- Integrate CI/CD framework with automation tests
- Build and configure pipelines for continuous testing framework
- Develop automation frameworks and libraries and drive education and standardization of across teams
- Develop automation re-usable assets specific to standard frameworks
- Mentor and coach Specialized Test Engineers across Zurich and outsourcing partners
- Onshore and Offshore resource coordination and mentoring
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
- Make recommendations for test automation performance improvements
- Support implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues and providing training as required
- Specify / recommend Integration and Parallel testing criteria
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve engagement to change, and provide technical leadership in the design and development of new solutions
- Key Experience Needed_
- Five + years of experience with agile project delivery methodology (i.e., scrum)
- Five + years of experience with project and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Application Management Lifecycle (ALM), Azure DevOps, PICT, etc.)
- Five + years of experience with 2 or more software development tools (e.g., Postman, Jenkins, GitHub, Swagger)
- Five + years of experience with 2 or more test automation frameworks (e.g., ADAPT, Robot, SpecFlow)
- Five + years of experience with 2 or more UI Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca)
- Five + years of experience with 2 or more Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and object-oriented programming - class structure, code re-use, abstract thinking / page object model / wrapper classes/ XML object repository
- Four + years of experience in API / Web Services Testing
- Two + years of experience in Functional testing (creating test plans/test cases/test data strategy)
- Two + years of experience with mobile testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack)
- Experience with test data management tools
- Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., insurance, banking)
