Reporting to the NPI Manager, The Project Manager role responsibility is to work in collaboration with the leadership team to manage new projects related to new project introduction, new equipment, product implementation adhered to stakeholders’ requirements.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Cycle time, and industrializationExperiência y requisitos
- Leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Development of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as necessary, according to project work plan
- Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Willingness to travel or relocate if required by project scope.
- Availability to work flexible hours depending on project demands.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
