**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all required food safety documentation in accordance with BRCGS Issue 9 standards (floor logs, cleaning logs, checklists, pre
- and post-manufacturing inventory counts, lot traceability).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Track production trends, KPIs, targets, and efficiencies, providing data-driven insights using Excel, Office 365, Teams, Trace, and CRM tools.
- Report non-conformities promptly and support corrective actions.
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including TPC, E. coli, and Salmonella swabs.
- Support emergency response and incident management drills.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to manufacturing floor staff; act as a liaison between office and production teams.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing daily schedule, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements and company standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) certification is highly desirable; SQF experience a plus.
- Strong technical skills: Excel, Office 365, Teams, Trace, CRM, and data reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with standing/walking throughout the day.
- US workpermit and experience crossing border ;must be authorized to work in US
- Not Food allergies, especially to spices.

**Selection Process**:

- First interview: In-person at the facility (1 hour)
