**Demand Planning Manager LATAM**

The Regional Forecast Planning Manager will be accountable for, execution and performance of Forecast Planning for Latin America; will ensure Forecast reliability via strong collaboration with commercial teams at all levels and ensure a minimum of 18 month rolling forecast to guarantee visibility to supply planning teams, strengthening current local & regional S&OP processes in the LatAm region

**Your Tasks & Responsabilities**:

- Execute with excellence the Forecast planning process and activities on given countries within LATAM.
- Ensure operational discipline and process adherence.
- Guarantee at least 18 months rolling forecast on given countries / clusters.
- Improve collaboration & forecast enrichment with multifunctional teams.
- Monthly Consolidation & Financial Reconciliation for Regional Demand Plan.
- Support Local & Regional S&OP processes.
- Anticipate and Eliminate Inventory & Obsolescence Risks via Forecast Management.
- Monthly executive summary on Forecast Planning KPIs.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain with at least 2 years in Demand Planning and S&OP
- Statistical Forecasting, S&OP management,
- Additional skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills

Softwares for Demand Planning / IBP is a plus (Caliper, SAP IBP, JDA, Exceedra, SAP Stat Forecast) o Programming is a plus (development of in-house statistical model Qualification & Competencies: programs)
- Languages: Advanced English & Spanish is required
