Y ESTAMOS EN BÚSQUEDA DE COSTUMER SERVICE QUE SOSTENGA CONVERSACIÓN EN IDIOMA INGLÉS, ESTE REQUISITO ES INDISPENSABLE YA QUE INTERNAMENTE EL PUESTO INTERACTUA EN IDIOMA INGLÉS Y DE MANERA EXTERNA ES 100% INGLÉS**

**OFRECEMOS UN RANGO DE SUELDO MENSUAL BRUTO DE ACUERDO A COMPETENCIAS DEMOSTRADAS EN LA ETAPA DE ENTREVISTA DE $27,000 A $35,000 + PRESTACIONES SUPERIORES QUE SON**:

- **30 días de aguinaldo**:

- **10% mensual en vales de despensa topado a ley de ISR**:

- **13% fondo de ahorro entregado una vez al año y topado a ley de ISR**:

- **Gastos Médicos Mayores para el trabajador y familia directa (Esposa e hijos menores de 18 años)**:

- **Gastos Médicos Menores para el colaborador**:

- **Vacaciones conforme a la ley + 50% prima vacacional**:

- **Horario de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 5:30 pm y viernes de 8:00 a 3:00 pm**

**Requisitos del puesto**:

- Experiência en ambientes industriales o manufactureros (deseable)
- 1 a 3 años en atención a clientes, logística, planeación o ventas internas.
- Manejo de algún ERP (Para ingresar órdenes, consultar inventarios, revisar status de producción o facturación).
- Excel intermedio a avanzado (manejo de bases de datos, reportes, tablas dinámicas).
- Conocimiento en logística o cadena de suministro (Procesos de pedido a entrega, coordinación de embarques nacionales e internacionales, manejo de incoterms y documentos de exportación (si aplica).)
- Conocimientos básicos de producción o control de inventarios (para entender lead times y procesos internos).
- **Inglés intermedio o avanzado, especialmente si hay interacción con clientes internacionales o plantas en otros países.**
