We are currently searching for a **Support Engineer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and solve complex Linux system issues with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Develop and maintain configuration management strategies using tools like Salt, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Lead strategic decision-making in configuration management practices.
- Write efficient code in Golang and/or Python to support system operations.
- Assess new environments and challenges, providing detailed findings and solutions.
- Manage large-scale projects and infrastructure environments effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to address networking challenges and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Linux Systems Development Engineer or equivalent roles such as Systems Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Golang and/or Python.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Salt, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale environments and projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Desired**:

- Familiarity with running Java Enterprise software.
- Experience managing Apple MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of Out-of-Band Management protocols (e.g., IPMI, Redfish).
- Familiarity with alternate platforms such as macOS, Android, and iOS.

**Languages**
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
