Ensure the proper transformation of parts into products during daily operations and ensure operational testing functionality through optimal and safe designs using cutting-edge manufacturing methodologies. Likewise, ensure the success of the operational part of manufacturing, including the introduction and/or transfer of new components, products, and/or manufacturing processes. How will you do it? Implementation of layout design. Operational method sheets. Responsible for tools and equipment at the workstation. Actively participate in the development of customer complaint reduction strategies. Ensure implementation of manufacturing cost reduction initiatives. Fixture, template, and poyakoyes managers Support and comply with all established company safety practices, systems, and standards Participate in the EHS, Quality, and JCMS observation program Responsible for introducing new technologies to improve the process in terms of capacity and productivity Responsible for implementing the assembly method for new products/technologies Responsible for the design of the PFMA Responsible for the cycle time of the product in production Responsible for allocating capacity for a product line Support in maintaining productivity Responsible for allocating takt time and the number of stations per product What are we looking for? **Implement CAR projects**: New technology Cost reduction projects Capacity increase Production line transformation Industrial Engineer or Mechanic Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer 5 years of Experience. Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / mechatronics/ Industrial ) English > 60 %. Minimum of 5 Years of experience in statistics, continues improvement, Lean implementer, Green Belt o Whit belt DMAIC Methodology. ASME basic experience Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audiences. Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like teamwork a plus.
