**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Support productivity finance manager to coordinate the productivity / Opex Planning cycles (PSP/AOP/FCST) for LatAm, partnering with local & sectors FP&As, Ops, and Supply Chain to ensure report consistency, data consolidation, target build up and proper alignment with different stakeholders.

**Your Impact**

As **SC Fin Analyst**your responsibilities would consist:

- Lead reporting and forecasting processes for long-term transformational projects (i.e. CTG/ Odyssey) entailing coordination with Control and Local country finance teams, support to local country finance teams, support to local Productivity and or FP&A teams on the productivity build-up for key planning cycles AOP/PSP.
- Lead/support Productivity guidance & governance and training across the sector to guarantee financial harmonization on consistency in productivity estimations.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- 2 years of experience in Finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon.
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
- Proven record in delivering results and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization including senior management.
- Data Management skills and proficient use of excel and/or other reporting tools as Power BI, Tableau models, and scenarios.
