- Implementation and optimization process to increase production efficiency
- Analyze root cause of process problems and present solutions
- Continuous improvement of our products and processes
- Continuous evolution of our know-how
- Ensure objectives in terms of cost, time and quality
- Ensuring that accumulated knowledge remains within the organization
- Support on integrations and new machine configuration
- Adherence to standards and process standardization
- Internal process audits (EPP and Control Plan)
- Ensure process control and stability
- Creation of operating instructions and training of operating personnel. Execution of measurements and evaluation of our products. Execution of verification and functional analysis and compare result of conformity with customer's requirement. Cooperation in the development and change management of serial products. Failure analysis and improvement proposal
- Perform continuous process improvement

**A quién buscamos**:
Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical, electric or mechatronic engineeringExperience: 3 or 5 years specific in process engineering, authomatization.Knowledge:

- statistical method for machine and process reliability
- measurement systems
- mechanical and mechatronics Languages/level: English - fluent Software: MS Office, Beecore, minitab
