**Job Title**: Logistics Project Lead
Join CEVA FM Mexico as a Logistics Project Lead and become a pivotal part of our Core Transversal Functions division located in Apodaca near Lenovo. In this role, you will not only manage logistics projects but also inspire and lead teams towards operational excellence. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving improvements in production processes, logistics, and warehouse management.
About the Role
As a Logistics Project Lead, you will be responsible for supervising employees and utilising your technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of policies, programmes, and operational practices. Your role will involve significant interaction with various operational levels, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide team members by leveraging your professional and technical expertise in logistics operations.
Critically analyse and review ongoing operations, storage practices, and related information continuously to identify trends and draw actionable conclusions.
Generate, review, and maintain various operational deposit forms, documentation, databases, and material information.
Assist in the development and execution of project objectives, including budgeting, timelines, required materials, staffing, and overall project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistic processes and improve service delivery.
Present analytical findings and operational insights to stakeholders, making recommendations for enhancements and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of production, logistics, and warehouse processes.
Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
A minimum of one year in a similar supervisory position.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication abilities and the passion to foster a cooperative team environment.
