Descripción y detalle de las actividades

**Objetivo del puesto**:

- Administrar y gestionar el levantamiento, reporte y seguimiento de los indicadores de servicio inherentes al suministro de materia prima e insumos hacia las unidades operativas de clientes internos y externos, dando seguimiento a métricas operativas, de negocio y desempeño, brindando información relevante para facilitar la toma de decisiones, el registro de incidentes y la creación de iniciativas que propicien mejoras operativas y de servicio._
- Mantener actualizado el registro de indicadores de Nível de Servicio, asi como gestionar el envío de reporte de Indicadores de manera mensual.
- Generar los reportes y realizar el análisis de indicadores de servicio y ventas, garantizando la fidelidad de las métricas de seguimiento, su actualización y comunicación oportuna.
- Comunicar de manera oportuna al responsable del resguardo del catálogo de productos sobre la modificación, alta o desactivación de los mismos.
- Mantener actualizada la información de suministro y distribución de materia prima.
- Llevar el registro y dar seguimiento a los incidentes reportados por clientes internos y externos, monitreando los Acuerdos de Nível de Servicio generados por Planeación Cadena de Suministro, Compras, Almacén y Distribución.
- Administrar CRM y comunicados a clientes internos y externos, y hacer seguimiento a los ticktes pendientes, asegurando su configuración.
- Informar cualquier incidente relacionado con el catálogo de productos para garantizar su incorporación, modificación e inhabilitación de productos.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores de franquicias y clientes externos, garantizando una atención constante a sus necesidades o requerimientos del servicio relacionado con la gestión y entrega de sus pedidos.

Experiência y requisitos
- Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Actuaría, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
- Conocimientos en planeación, inventarios, atención a clientes y cobranza.
- Excel avanzado.
- Inglés mayor al 70%
- Manejo de Oracle ERP, APEX, WMS y CRM.
