Quality Coordinator

We are a key player in the **steel supply chain**, specializing in the processing and storage of steel coils. As part of a highly demanding and quality-driven industry, we are committed to delivering reliable and compliant materials to our clients. We are looking for a **Quality Coordinator** with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure our processes meet the highest industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are applied throughout the processing, handling, and storage of steel coils.
- Lead internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Supervise and support the quality inspection team to meet daily operational goals.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to align quality expectations across the supply chain.
- Serve as a liaison with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, documentation, and technical feedback.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, KPIs, and continuous improvement reports.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and ongoing improvement within the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree completed** in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Metallurgy, or a related field (mandatory).
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written).
- **Valid passport and U.S. visa required**.
- In-depth knowledge of **steel materials, properties, and coil processing**.
- Experience working in **metal, steel, or industrial manufacturing environments**.
- Strong background in **IATF 16949** and familiarity with **ISO 9001** and related industry certifications.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage quality teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
