**This role will be operating with our English-speaking North American market where all communication is in English. Applicants must have an expert level of English communication both written and verbal. **

**Responsibilities**:

- A dedicated motion graphics designer for the North American customer team you will be responsible for addressing and fixing any errors in creative assets from our global studios before they are delivered to our customers.
- You will work closely with our North American customer team to ensure the visual style, layout, and composition of Shuttlerock’s Creative Studio products are of the highest quality and error-free.
- You will collaborate with our studio creatives providing feedback and gathering brand intelligence from your observations when making corrections to assets while resolving technical and design issues.
- You will troubleshoot and execute design solutions when amends are required.
- The projects and assets you will touch span wide across the digital landscape and include but are not limited to social platform placements, corporate videos, website assets, EDM creative, and OOH to name a few.
- Research and analyze the best and fastest design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas coming from the viewpoint of post-production editors.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organizing files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest motion graphic design techniques and all the latest updated of motion graphics editing software.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, design standards, and the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Available to answer questions from the wider customer team and give advice and recommendations from a designer's perspective.
- Confident in seeking clarity where there is uncertainty and being independent when completing tasks.

Ideal Capabilities & Experience
- Advance skills in Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer
- Competent in motion graphics to deliver engaging short-form video with a sound understanding of typography, composition, pacing, and sound design
- Knowledge of digital platforms and the essentials of digital brand building through creative
- Proven experience in developing HTML creative assets
- 3+ years of motion design experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction, and audio mixing
- Work well under pressure with a team player attitude
- Have a passion for motion design and storytelling
- Time and resource management skills grounded in being proactive
- Ability to learn fast, take direction, and be adaptable
- Experience (or curiosity into) with AR is a bonus but not required
