Optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety.

**This position reports to**:
Project Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety, and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronic Engineer or related.
- 3 years of experience as Product Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Experience with assembly, stamping or painting processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediary English.
