**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team to participate in lead collection, digital campaigns, and event planning efforts, that will allow Base22 to strengthen its USA and Mexico markets outreach for its digital consulting services.

**Your responsibilities (including but not limiting)**:

- Executing, monitoring, and reporting digital channel and social media campaigns
- Implementing SEO and SEM efforts
- Reporting, updating dashboards, and tracking KPIs
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars and conferences
- Supporting the Revenue Team with prospecting, data analysis, and research tasks
- Supporting Marketing automation, CRM management, and process improvement efforts

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technologies.
- English level: Advanced and excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Spanish/English, Information Technologies, Digital Technologies, or similar.
- Web editing, Adwords, SEO and SEM skills and knowledge.
- Early-adopter mentality or technology background is preferred, as this position will require the use of multiple technologies in everyday tasks.
- USA market experience is a plus.
- Data analysis and data management are a plus.
- Content creation skills are a plus.
