**Your Job**
Launch Engineer, reporting to Engineering Department Manager, responsible for manufacturing and operations activities for automotive products, involved in the early stages to ensure all areas of the business are ready for the launch.

**Our Team**

Key player of the Cross Functional Team, working closely to SRG Global Headquarters and local operations launch Team, managing and monitoring deliverables to ensure the flowless launch from customer kick-off to SOP+90days.

**What You Will Do**
- Communication with the Cross Functional Team and Customers for new products introduction.
- Work with the CFT to meet safety. manufacturing, operations and quality Targets, looking for positive impacts to Program Financials.
- Coordinate internal trials/prototype builds to meet customer SRG Global and customer milestones according to Project Timing.
- Manage and track parts delivery for pre-production orders.
- Roadblocks/Issues identification, problem solving together with CFT and scalation.
- Engineering Changes (internal or customer driven) to assure the proper transition.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- +6 years of Automotive Industry experience.
- +3 years of experience as Launch Engineer, Program or Project Management experience.
- Industrial Engineering bachelor's degree or related.
- Fluent English communication (advance level).
- IATF Quality System.
- APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC.
- Experience in manufacturing areas from automotive industry.
- Supervisor role (desirable),
