**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Be part of the control tower within Governance team.

**Main goal**. Supervise and ensure the quality of Merchandising materials for the different sales channels. Ensuring compliance with the specifications, assemblies, finishes required, focused on its functionality.

**Purposes.**
- Guarantee constant and efficient communication with the internal team and with + 40 suppliers
- Remote or physical preventive supervision of material production at the national level, +500 annual projects

**Scope**. Connect with Merchandising team, DX team, POS Procurement team, Manufacturing Suppliers, DX Merchandising Latam team.

**Your Impact**

As The Merchandising Quality Inspector your scope will consist of:

- Continuous effective preventive supervision of productions in supplier plants nationwide either remotely or physically.
- Monitoring and review of production reports by suppliers. Scorecard creation for team visibility of progress in delivery and monitoring of reports.
- Lead suppliers to comply with the standards set by Merchandising.
- Ensure constant communication with the teams involved to guarantee agility in the process of release and production of materials.
- Establish preventive actions for the appearance of materials that do not conform to the Merchandising process.
- Train the treatment and identification of non-conforming materials to suppliers
- Follow-up of corrective measures implemented in their manufacturing processes.
- Propose action plans in unforeseen quality situations.

Co-responsible for the utility car in the area, used in visits to suppliers.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**:

- +6 months of experience in development and/or production of multi-material displays and associated processes (metal, injection and thermoformed plastic, cardboard, printed graphics)
- Ideally knowledge in manufacturing processes for these materials metal, corrugated cardboard, plastic injection, wood.
- High level in blueprints interpretation
- Service attitude
- Organization skills, management of several projects simultaneously. Pressure management
- Negotiation and conciliation skills
- Collaborative and strong communication skills
- Good presence, treatment, character and leadership (essential for dealing with suppliers)
- Comute with essential values such as: respect, honesty, responsibility, punctuality, Pepsico way
