This Position reports to:
EL Customer Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.
The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification business for the Smart Power division in US Market.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, ABB Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
- Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
**Qualifications for the role**
- BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
- High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, and strong customer service
