**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura/ Ingeniería terminada con Título / Cédula (NO CARTA PASANTE)
Inglés Intermedio avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
**Requisitos y conocimientos necesarios**:
Se requiere una licenciatura, con preferencia por una licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica u otro título de ingeniería técnica.
2 años de experiência en la industria de fabricación relacionada, idealmente con experiência en la gestión de una población de trabajo por hora.
2 años de experiência en el área de soldadura.
Conocimiento de métodos, terminología y procesos de manufactura esbelta.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, influencia y comunicación.
Capacidad demostrada para liderar mejoras de procesos en un entorno de equipo.
