**Resumen**

Buscamos un associate para el rol de XVA Trader, a cargo del pricing, gestión y cobertura de las sensibilidades de la nueva mesa de XVA, con un perfil técnico robusto que impulse el negocio de derivados.

Esta posición es parte clave del equipo de XVA & Estructuración, con un objetivo explícito: crecer el negocio de derivados para Global Capital Markets.

**Responsabilidades**
- Responsable del pricing de XVA para la operativa de Global Capital Markets, con una amplia gama de clientes: empresarial, corporativa e instituciones financieras.
- Responsable del hedge del libro de XVA.

**Experiência**
- Amplio conocimiento de productos derivados.
- Deseable conocimiento previo sobre normativa contable y/o conocimiento regulatorio de consumo de capital por XVA.
- Experiência previa en equipos de XVA, Quants, Trading, o Estructuración en instituciones financieras es un plus.

**Perfil / Habilidades**
- Perfil con robusta formación técnica, puede provenir de Lic. en Matemáticas, Actuaría o afín.
- Maestría en Quantitative Finance o afín es un plus.
- Programación Python, C++ y/o VB.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con habilidad para presentar ideas.
- Comunicación en Inglés indispensable, verbal y escrita.
