Join our team as a BILINGUAL RETAIL CLAIMS AND DEDUCTIONS ANALYST
The day of a Claims and Deductions Analyst
- You will be primarily responsible for recording, analyzing, and collaborating with internal and
external stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and deductions, including those related to
returns and rejections. Additionally, your functions will help ensure that your age is within the
response time defined by the market for resolution and collection.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience in managing chain deductions
- Solid knowledge of retail accounts
- Experience in monitoring collections, disputes, differences and clarifications
- Proactive in direct communication with clients, as well as with managers
- Reliable administration of assigned accounts
- SAP management
- Advanced English (Essential, the interview is conducted in English and reports directly to the USA)
Salary Offer:
- Gross base salary $20,000.00 before taxes
- Monthly productivity bonus $2,000.00
- Work day Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.
- Insurance of major medical expenses

- Monthly food vouchers $800.00
- Home Office opportunity starting in the 3rd month.
