As a Security Guard Force commander, you´ll supervise the guard force that protects client facilities by preparing guard orders, deployment of guards, and weekly scheduling. Also, you'll be conducting regular inspections of guards and guard posts, investigating irregularities, and maintaining inventory to prepare reports and make recommendations regarding discipline and termination actions. Your responsibilities also include overseeing training programs and guard program logistics including explosive detection and x-ray equipment, ensuring we're offering the best quality service.

Compensation:

- _**Salary $42,839.82 gross monthly**_
- _**Food stamps $980 monthly**_

The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

- Supervising the guard force that provides protection to all U.S. mission facilities.
- Preparing guard orders, deployment of guards and weekly scheduling.
- Conduct regular inspections of guards and guard posts.
- Investigating irregularities, prepare reports and making recommendations regarding discipline and termination actions.
- Elaborate inventory reports.
- Overseeing the refresher training program to ensure compliance and effectivenes and guard program logistics (explosive detection and x-ray equipment etc.)
- Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, equipped and staffed.
- Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 10 years of experience in police, military, security, or local guard force management experience with a minimum of 5 years of work experience at supervisory or command levels.
- Able to use a computer including all common office management tools (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with multiple levels of communication between various levels of management
- Advanced security training and experience with risk management including problem identification and problem solving.
- Must understand operational methods of all guard force units and zones for a response and maintain a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances.
- Keep the guard team motivated.
- Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures.
- Be able to maintain and manage communication between all parties.
- Be able to define and manage activities and resources.
- Experience with acquiring, developing, and managing project teams.

Pay: $42,839.82 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
