**Your Job**
The Project Quality Manager is responsible for all quality facets of a project, specifically focused on John Zink products, through all phases of the projects including project completion. Daily interactions with KES Engineering, Client, Project Managers, Operations, etc., to assure projects are prepared, executed, and completed in accordance with project documents, and applicable Code requirements.

**What You Will Do
- Review and become knowledgeable on the currently executed project scopes of work, project specifications, material types, special process requirements.
- Develop Project Quality Plans
- Review WPS, Welding Procedure Specifications and PQR Procedure Qualification records from suppliers, fabrication plan.
- Develop Project specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Coordinate (TPA) third party agencies and if necessary perform quality inspections as per NOI (notification for inspection) for project fabrication.
- Quality Project kick off with the project management team and subcontractors as needed.
- Lead and coordinate (PIM) Pre-inspection meetings in conjunction with suppliers and internal team to clarify all gaps, questions, request with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Go over necessary Code requirements, specifications, work acceptance document sign offs, etc. with execution team.
- Attend project meetings as necessary.
- Review returned project package documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform Audits as needed.
- Work as partner with the Supplier Quality team to ensure a flowless execution.
- Assist with vetting of subcontractors as needed.
- Review and approve procedures, written practice, NDE Certifications for NDE contractors.
- Attend and manage (NCRs) nonconformance reports, (RCA) root cause analysis and Punchlist if needed.
- Manage document control related to specs, procedures, AML, and any document applicable to the project fabrication.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- BS in Quality Management/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Mechanical, Materials Engineering, electrical or electronic)
- Experience working in a Quality related position, metal mechanic fabrication companies, EPC companies and/or Quality Management
- Current CWI Certification
- ANST-TC-1A Level II VT/MT/PT certification
- NACE certification is a plus.
- ASME code knowledge and experience
- Open to 25% travel
