**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The main purpose of this role is to govern and support the implementation and deployment of the Order to Cash -Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Processes of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) built on SAP S/4 HANA.

This role will be primarily responsible for OTC- DSD processes for Pre-sales, Pre-Order and Van sales including Route Preparation, Route Execution and Route Settlement

along with integration with third party Handheld systems.

The role also requires close integration with other teams in areas like OTC Order Management, Logistics including SAP Transportation Management (TM), Make to Deploy (MTD) Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Record To Report (RTR) teams.

**As The Deputy Director,SAP OTC - Direct Store Delivery (DSD) your scope will consist of**:

- Primary accountability is to partner with the OTC Direct Store Delivery Value Stream leads to design, support, and govern the process & solution for deployments of the PGT.
- Support decision-making for functional and technical topics across multiple deployments for process & solution.
- Ensure the PGT solution integrity globally by closely monitoring solution configuration for deployments is within PGT guidelines (design decisions, data definitions,
process definition documents, and configuration rationale documents).
- Support value stream data definition, modeling, and integration efforts to deploy the value streams.
- Actively engage and educate business process owners and SMEs on functional and data design solutions and changes.
- Ensure re-use and lift & shift of PGT capabilities across sectors.
- Onboard, train, and stand-up the expanded Global Solution Design Team globally and in the IT Hubs.
- Coach and collaborate with onshore and offshore/factory scrum teams to ensure configuration requests are implemented within guardrails with high quality.
- Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values.
- Accountable to ensure project status for value streams reporting is transparent and aligned with program office.
- Work closely with other IT vertical leads in competency building and assume complete responsibility and ownership for delivery excellence.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred

**Experience**:

- 2-15 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP SD, SAP LE, SAP DSD modules with integration experience to Handheld
solutions for go to market area.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4 preferred.
- Hands on experience on various SAP DSD models like Pre-Seller route, Delivery Driver, Van sales, Mixed routes.
- Experience around setting up of SAP Master data like Customers, Routes, Visit plan, Task and Activities for DSD routes.
- Experience on mapping of order capture, management and provisioning of goods or services on routes for sales, return of finished products, empties, free goods,
exchanges for products.
- Good working knowledge of pricing agreements and route settlement processes.
- Knowledge on Integration with mobile devices, warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for route planning, load building, route execution and settlement.
- Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template.
- Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools.
- Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles.
