**Responsibilities**:

- Develop server-side logic using Node.js.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs with Express.js.
- Manage data storage solutions (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Implement authentication and authorization systems.
- Optimize backend processes for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform debugging and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- As needed, assist with front-end development using React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and other backend technologies.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
