- Reporting to the General Manager, Director, Manufacturing & Operations (SMT) role involves_
- managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations to achieve and maintain operational excellence._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Establish and communicate Business Unit objectives and assignments._
- _ Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives._
- _ Meet with Executive Leadership at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI’s._
- _ Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers._
- _ Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives._
- _ Direct and control the activities of leaders in purchasing, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, and logistics._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience managing operations & engineering in electronic manufacturing_
- _ Strong experience in_
- _ Experience in Production / Manufacturing Manager position_
- _ Background in engineering positions_
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Strong Knowledge in Industrial Engineering_
- _ Experience managing line personnel, technicians, supervisors_
- _ General understanding of planning & production control_
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Experience managing engineering areas (Process & Test)_
